Civil Servants Act 1973 Section 9 Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Exchange) Rules, 1973, RR 3 (2) and 8 (b) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) = Chief Appointment in Corporate Law Authority ( Legal Affairs) will require the Deputy Chief to serve five years. To facilitate such promotion, none of the Deputy Chiefs serving five years served, the relevant rule was not amended to govern the use of powers R 3 (2), civil servants (appointments, The Promotion and Transfer (Rules, 1973), thus paving the way for appointment of respondent as Chief (Legal Affairs), stated that this amendment also contradicts Section 9, Civil Servants Act 1973. 3), the Civil Servant (Appointment, Promotion and Exchange) Rules, 1973 petitioner has maintained that the dispute between R 8 (b) and the modification of the exercise of powers under R3 (2) of the Rules. I, R8 (b) will prevail and this will give the applicant the right to appoint the Chief (Legal Affairs) on the basis of the Acting Charge to consider the problems of the sixth applicant to appeal to the Supreme Court. Allowed
