ALLAH DITTA versus NASEEM MAI
Section 2 Convention testimony (10 of 1984), the Preamble Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), the advance scheme of family court cases should be considered and the technical courts of the Family Courts should not be ignored. Family disputes are to be decided promptly and without burdens on the rigorous techniques of the law, and that is why the Convention of Martyrs, 1984, has not been enforced nor is it applicable to civil suits under the Civil Procedure Code. Things have been implemented. The only requirement under the law for proceedings before the Family Courts is to adopt a proper procedure for adjudication by the Family Court quickly and after hearing both parties.
