KHIZAR HAYAT versus STATE
Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Section 345 [which amended the Criminal Law (Second Amendment) Ordinance (XVIII of 1991)] to arrest the deceased heirs, including his mother, sister and brother. Appeared and confirmed that he had raised the crime by questioning the accused and received money from the accused as the victim's cloud-e-Salah heir prayed that there was no such thing as acquittal of the accused. That, after being satisfied with the voluntary nature, the accused should be punished by the trial court. The structure of the crime was allowed to be compromised and the sentence was set aside and they were acquitted of the crime.
