MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE JAVAID versus MUHAMMAD KHALIL
Claiming to abolish the Code of Conduct 1908 section 115 revision, a government department amendment that was filed within a period of 90 days, was filed more than two and a half years later for a delay of 877 days. The explanation given was used in official routines to gain approval from the government, it was not a valid basis for repentance, but no explanation was offered as to why the copy of the decision in question was taken approximately 2/2 years later. Was applied and the receipt was not revised again. There was no justification for a copy of the judgment and decree that the applicant had no justification to wait even after obtaining copies of the unidentified order, with no delay case, with time restriction. This edit was also removed.
