Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 1414 Surety Bonds, confiscation of accused for whom the applicant's bail was reprimanded at the expiration of one year, the bond presented by the applicants was confiscated and directed. It was supposed to deposit the bail amount into the public treasury, which assumed its responsibility. Pardon, but they did not show any unusual reason by which they could be relieved of their responsibility. The petitioners had neither requested the petitioner's account to be diminished nor did they claim the Inquisition Trial Court, in the circumstances, had properly ordered the seizure of the surety bond and the applicants. Was rightly directed to deposit the surplus money into the public treasury
