Section 54 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Property Act 1882 allowed both the plaintiff and the defendants to claim ownership of the land owned by two different sale deeds from one seller. The property in question, as mentioned in the claimant, was the same as that done by the defendant's salesman executing the alleged seller and it was also reported that he was later executed by another selling government. Giving will be in favor of the defendants.
