The jurisdiction which states that the High Court has extended its agreement to address the accused belonging to the NWFP, has forwarded its dispute to the sole arbitrator or nominee who has filed the High Court in the Karachi Impact. Had also resided outside the jurisdiction. Thus the High Court in Karachi had no jurisdiction to entertain and apply for the award.
