The victim was not shown. Whether the question is whether the rehabilitation of the employees in the post is permissible and therefore the decision of the High Court cannot be sustained. And on the question of the competence of the concerned officer to order the workmanship to be removed, the High Court did not come up with the relevant rules in this regard, in its proper context.
