Under the Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI 1979) provisions against sections 302 and 307, Section 17 (4) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203F (2B), the accused was arrested on the same day. Three days after the incident, a defense request for his arrest was utterly false, with statements from three witnesses, including the injured witness, believed to have been presented to the police. The two courts below did not face any weakness, according to which the appeal was not allowed.
