Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Section 10 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203F (2B) required that neither the medical evidence nor the ocular evidence have proved the case against the accused. The incident has been viewed as unnatural because none of them attempted to stop the accused or interfere in the relevant time.
