MUSHTAQ ALI, ADVOCATE versus KHALID ANWAR
Article 6 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 62 Respondents of the Election Rules Act 1974, competed against the special seat of technocrats in the Senate from Punjab province on the basis that he was neither a resident of Punjab nor Nor is the law practiced in any of the courts.
