The Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Sections 15 (2) (ii) and (vii) require the domicile of the house that the examinations of the heads of the parties by their affidavits are made with evidence, usually, in court. The affidavits for immediate use were to be taken before the court or an officer authorized by the court before the oath submission / cross examination. The oath was recorded without administration and the parties were not recovered, nor has it been reaffirmed that there was no legal record, the appellate court decided to record the legal evidence. The trial court properly remanded the trial court to record the evidence in this case and pass the appropriate order.
