Civil Servants Act 1973 Section 9 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3), Government employee's claim for promotion of public servants was also rejected by the Department and the service tribunal. By the endorsement the name of the public servants appeared far below the list of seniority, therefore, the department rightly claimed that it could not be promoted to the priority of seniors after the rejection of the request for the promotion of public servant. It had been challenging these orders from time to time. By repeating the appeals and petitions, therefore, the Service Tribunal correctly found that their appeal was withheld by Judas Juda, the Service Tribunal also submitted a case in favor of the publicity that the name of the public servant. The serial number is at 20, so it cannot be promoted. There can be no exemption from referring to people who were senior to them, so no leave has been ordered to appeal to the service tribunal.
