Civil Servants Act 1973 Section 17 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) provides for four advancement increments for former employees to get a M.Phil degree for increasing employment in the previous assignment and two advance increments based on his past. Was allowed Then the employee experience. The Department of Education joined in that it was allowed four increments for the M.Phil degree, but for the past experience, the benefit of two advance increments was denied. Due to his past experience, in the absence of any principle or direction, the respondent was at the discretion of the authority to allow such advance. The fact that the government employee who later applied for the position through the appropriate channel did not have any alliance with the question of whether a public servant was entitled to two advance hires because of his 13 past experience with a different employee's establishment I will be entitled to claim the salary and other benefits associated with such a post which was denied on appeal leave.
