AHMED WAQAR versus CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, ISLAMABAD
Pakistan Election Rules 1993 R16 (12) Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application to employ a Government employee to serve in the Capital Development Authority with such authority. Refusal to transfer residence of civil servants to another department during: Employment of a civil servant by a civil servant to vacate the house allotted to him by the Capital Development Authority through a civil suit. Questioned the legality of the proceedings. His appeal was dismissed and the civil servant filed a review against the appellate court's decision, after which he withdrew the unconditional verdict and the appellate court's ruling, after failing in the first round of litigation. Government employees started a new era of litigation by filing a constitutional petition. After the appellate court's verdict and the verdict had been reached, the civil servant could not be allowed to go round and begin a new phase of litigation. The appellate court's decision would have barred a constitutional request that was not valid on the judiciary's constitutional request, but a government employee was given a month's leave. Time to vacate the house in question
