Punjab Local Councils (Work) Rules 1981 R 47 (4) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application for tenders for various road works invited by the District Council from the approved contractors, as per the statement issued by the applicant. Had clearly directed the parties to deposit 2% of the total money call deposit and then submit the call deposit through the applicant for the tenders and the same applicants as call deposit in case of declaration in the newspaper. There was no dispute about the deposit of Rs 40,000. For the submission of Rs 100, if it was published in the newspaper then the relevant respondents were directed to allow the applicant to get the tender er of the work for which he had submitted the call deposit.
