The Guardians and Wards Act 1890 Section 25 Pakistan's Constitution (1973), Article 185 The custody of a minor boy of 7 years of age has been granted in all the following courts the custody of the minor party who applied for leave. The agreement has been entered into during approval. Appeal to the Supreme Court, where they settled a custody case by which the minor boy would stay with the mother but during the long holidays he would alternately stay with his parents for a week while on other holidays. Dad used to take him home and leave him school on Monday or holiday, where his mother would pick him up after getting closer to school. Also, the father was in the welfare of the minor. Used to deposit a thousand rupees monthly to his mother's account for the maintenance agreement. The Supreme Court had approved the Supreme Court's change of application for leave to appeal and the same is dealt with during the contract / pay settlement period.
