Dad used to take him home and leave him school on Monday or holiday, where his mother would pick him up after getting closer to school. Also, the father was in the welfare of the minor. Used to deposit a thousand rupees monthly to his mother's account for the maintenance agreement. The Supreme Court had approved the Supreme Court's change of application for leave to appeal and the same is dealt with during the contract / pay settlement period.
