Civil Servants Act 1973 Section 17 Civil Services Regulations, Regulation 61 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation employees were merged with the Secretariat Allowance Secretariat Allowance as amended by the Government employees as per the notification of the Finance Division. Was integrated into the pay scale. Dated June 15, 1994, whereby government employees were given the option to withdraw secretarial allowances or new pay scales and personal allowances in addition to current salaries, however, as their salaries were increased by an amount equal to their personal money. After basic pay scale revision, allowance applicants could not select secretariat allowance of 20% when salaries of employees were increased by 35% while after review of pay scale, applicant was entitled to secretariat allowance from Government employees of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation. Were not , Is no longer entitled to claim the Secretariat Allowance;
