MUHAMMAD BAKHSH versus JAINDAI
Special Relief Act 1877 Section 42 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O. VIII, R 6 & O XX, R 19 Suite deducts the amount for the declaration that the plaintiff has deposited a certain amount at the London branch of the plaintiff's bank. To the extent that the claim of the plaintiff was neither of a fixed nature nor the plaintiff's claim was dismissed, a decision was made against them on the basis of the settlement which, in the specified amount in the execution proceedings.
