REHMAT ULLAH ZIA versus AZIZ-UD-DIN QURESHI
Rules of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servants (Appointment and Regulations of Services) 1977 R 8 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), Section 47 Senior Government employee was appointed to his current position on 30 197 1975 , While the respondents with whom they were with the Government employees complained that their sanity was posted in similar positions. The public servant complains that he should have been appointed along with the election candidates on 19 8 1975, and on 30 197 10 1975 the government employees did not resolve it. The service tribunal, thus resolving the complaint of the appointment of public servants to the service tribunal, thus became a case in point and the government employee's appeal was filed by the service tribunal against the decree of 1958 12 1985, by which the respondent Ali was promoted and was not against this appeal. His preliminary appointment order, which had become a matter of the past and the service tribunal was closed, thus acted illegally in enforcing the pre-1975 order that was nothing but the law service tribunal's view. I was only authorized to order one post letter in respect of which the appeal was made and it had no authority to reopen past and closed transactions.
