Constitution Pakistan 1973 Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII 1968), Section O1 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) directs authority from the Labor Court to regulate employees. The appeal was granted to consider the disputes that the employees' employment was not permanent, though it has been ongoing for more than nine months. The authority was busy executing many projects and after the completion of some of its work, the establishment was to be transferred to another project. And that the employees shall not be counted in permanent employment within the meaning of Section O1 of Ordinance VI of 1968
