RIAZUDDIN versus STATE
The Pakistan Penal Code Section 188 Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), Section 195 (1) (a) and 561A Cushing's proceedings, the magistrate took notice of the challan submitted by the police in the court under section 188, PPC.
