ANEES AHMED KHAN versus SAFIA ANEES
Article 14 Constitution of Pakistan (1973) of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964, Article 199 Constitution closed the applicant's inspector's right to inspector and his witnesses not to receive the number of opportunities granted for that purpose. Such order has been reviewed by the Family Court, the cross-examination of the Appellate Court of Family Court applicants against such order and the suspension of its witnesses and the further concluding aspect of the petitioner. Was obtained when the family court's request for a rejection of such order was also dismissed. In reviewing the order, the Family Court approved the previous order. Thus, a decision can be declared in accordance with the terms of section 14, West Pakistan Family Courts Act, 1964, accepting such order as mere inward orders. Cannot be made, so an appeal was filed against the order before the District Judge, therefore, the retention and the District Judge did not commit it. The application was dismissed under the circumstances in order to allow an appeal that was in his jurisdiction.
