ZULFIQAR versus THE STATE
Section 497 (2) Offense Hood Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 16 bail, alleges that the accused was involved in the abduction of the complainant's wife along with his father-in-law and daughter-in-law. Natural and reasonable, because no in-laws and siblings allow their son to be abducted by another woman, respectively. So far no evidence was available on the accused's involvement in the case. Further investigation is needed on the case against the accused. Through section 497 (2), the CR accused was admitted on bail accordingly
