Pakistan WAPDA Employees (Qualifications and Discipline) Rules 1978 R 5 (v) (b) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) The Water and Power Development Authority imposed penalties on such employees for misconduct. Had to do and give it space. For the five-year term of its current tenure, the employees' position in the initial phase of pay or the correctness of the service tribunal held that the Chief Engineer was their authorized authority, but an unpaid fine was imposed by the Superintendent Engineer. A dispute was raised before the service tribunal but leave was left to appeal, however, allowing the dispute to be considered, in which case the service tribunal had already found that the chief engineer Is eligible to be sentenced. If the nature of the allegations leveled against the employee obliged the department authorities to investigate the facts, which in the absence of the allegations could not be verified. And whether the authorities acted illegally in exchange for inquiries and thereby deprived employees of a fair and appropriate opportunity to defend themselves
