According to the requirements of the Registration 20 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 27 and 184 (3) Authority (High Court) Public Service Commission, advertisement was issued in the papers of selection of Judicial Magistrate along with 25 civil judges on zonal basis. Was that since the High Court had acted as amending the original acquisition for 25 seats, the 14 seats were to be treated equally with the applicants on the basis of zonal basis and Article 27 (1) ), On the basis of the provision of the legislative power to the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), (Amended), provided that the Constitution of Pakistan For more than twenty years from the day of their inception in 1973, the positions of persons belonging to any class or area can be specified to be preserved.
