In section 1 561 Superdry was given a custody of a truck instead of offering a bank guarantee, no doubt, the Shariah court accepted the appellant's lawyer's offer but the Shariah court. The appellant subsequently failed to present the bank guarantee for some reason or was not prevented from taking custody for the purpose of furnishing the proper guarantee bonds for the truck's manufacture and if demanded by the trial court. Gone, it is the fact of the applicant belonging to Pakistan that the truck was not required to be left on the bank guarantee only. Ampynd was amended in order and the truck was directed to the appeal for a trial satisfaction in respect of securities of Rs six lakh on Kashmir. The court obliges them severally and jointly that they will deposit the money to the court on the failure of the appellant to produce the truck in the partner. URT when requested
