IMTIAZ HWSAIN NAQVI versus AZAD GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR
Section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunal Act 1975, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servant (Appeal) Rules, 1991, R9 Appeal Liaison Starting Point Director General was developed by accepting the representation of a co-public servant and a Government employee. Earlier, the director general filed an appeal against the order. After waiting for the relevant department secretary and ninety-day long government employees to file an appeal before the service tribunal, the government employee did not appeal at the time of filing the appeal to the plaintiff's secretary as defendant, but against the secretary. Later, his party set a boundary. The Department operates from the day it was made a party before the Tribunal Secretary of the Department, which was a necessary party in the case of the Appeal order being enforced almost two years after the passing of the order, on an appeal filed by a public servant. Hopefully was stopped and was responsible for deletion based on the threshold
