Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Sections 107/117, 112 and 561 = Upon receipt of a police report against the applicant, the action without the arrest of the Magistrate has passed the required order under Section 112, CRPC's mandatory provisions. Action was taken against it. The entire proceeding against the applicant was unsuccessful and, under section 107/117, illegal proceedings were pending in the court magistrate against the applicant, CRPC was consequently suspended.
