The High Court rejected the petitioners' constitutional petition against the Revenue Courts decision. Bourdieu Revenue had clearly stated in its judgment that the applicant was made a resident of Class 1 and Class 2 by allocating more area than he deserved. The High Court did not properly interfere with the proceedings of the Establishment, despite the weakness in the decision of the High Court Courts in the appointment of taxes, the leave to appeal was denied in the circumstances.
