West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O15 (3) Employees were dismissed after their dismissal. Of the seven charges against the employees, only two were proved. But such proven allegations were not the same as misconduct, and such allegations could not justify the termination of employment. It was also proved that the employees were treated with humiliation in the presence of their colleagues and the general public. Out of which the employee was dismissed for noncompliance, the employee was ordered to be reinstated.
