ZAHID HUSSAIN versus GENERAL MANAGER, MUSLIM COMMERCIAL BANK LTD., MUZAFFARABAD
The purpose of the arrest of section 30 bank employees of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Industrial Relations Ordinance 1974 was that the defendants intend to transfer the officers of the Welfare Association to arrest their trade union activities. Employees requesting protection against the related transfer were denied a request for interim relief. The Labor Court, through Labor Court, dismissed the request to keep the employees in connection with their transfer on the basis that the allegations contained in them were vague and public. The main petition filed by the employees before the Labor Court is still pending whether it will be premature to say whether the Employees' Welfare Association can be called a trade union and whether the employees who are officers of the Bank should be referred to in Section 30, Whether or not they were legally eligible to submit their application before the Labor Court under the Industrial Relations Ordinance. The trial court had not yet settled the points that allegations of unfair labor practices were a serious matter, if it turns out, those facing such charges could be jailed for the crime. Therefore, they should be specifically requested. Employees' allegations against the respondents were ambiguous, as determined by the Labor Court that the employees had failed to even mention the places where their transfer and transfer orders were posted, exchange orders by the relevant authority under the law. I usually couldn't be interrupted. Did not approve any orders with restrictions on transfer orders
