PEOPLES UNITY OF HABIB BANK EMPLOYEES, RAWALPINDI versus HABIB BANK LTD.
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 8, 8A, 15 and 22A (8) (g) unfair labor practice employees have formed a new trade union in the employer establishment and the Registry of Industries Trade Unions for the purpose of registration. The application was submitted with the required documents.
