ZULFIQAR ALI BABU versus GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB

Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 Section 26 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), notification of Art 185 was issued on August 15, 1993 with the directive that fresh elections to the municipal bodies would be held in January, 1994, to justify such notification.
