West Pakistan Land Revenue Rules 1968 R 6 A West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), Section 163A Civil Procedure Code (VV 1908), O VI, R 17 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) 16 5 163 A, 6 R 6 A by the Land Revenue Act, 1967, Punjab Land Revenue Rules, 1968 ??? The dismissal of such application by the High Court reveals the valid decision of the High Court. That the applicant was allowed. R-6A, relying on Punjab Land Revenue Rules, 1968, even though the reliance on constitutional application was placed on Section 1AA, the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, finding the Articles of the High Court Constitution Petition. It was true, not just technical and saying that there was no need to allow regular amendments to the Constitutional application when the objective was sought to be achieved through amendment 6, the applicant's lawyer was required to file R6 A, West Pakistan. The argument was allowed to support the argument. The Land Revenue Rules, 1968 High Court Order, thus, did not face any legal weakness which was denied by the Supreme Court's appeal for interference.
