In the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 199 and 212 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), the Constitution Petitionability Petitioner / Government servant challenged the order passed by the respondent authority in its constitutional petition which found that seniority On the basis of the list, government employees, drawn up by the authority, had lost their sanctity to applicants and were forced into lower positions and thus disqualified for the post of Accountant Officer. Just five days after representing the authority, the constitutional petition was filed without waiting. The petitioner challenged the order of such representation that the applicant was ordered to be reversed, which is an order relating to the terms and conditions of service, treatment, thus not under S: 4 of the Service Tribunals Act, 1973.
