SARDAR BIBI versus MUHAMMAD KHAN
Limitation Act 1908 Arts 142 and 144 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 suit for the possession of the defendants' possession of the defendants claiming negative possession of the suit land, which was not proved even by limitation. After the death of the deceased or confirming the change in his inheritance, the deceased had a proprietor in the joint lease and all the co-owners still in his possession have not presented any evidence when the plaintiff opened Occupied in a hostile manner and was constantly violated. The decision of the real owners of the High Court in which it rejected the negative possession application for lack of evidence was a valid reason not to call for any interference which was referred to the High Court. The appeal against the decision was dismissed.
