The applicant was not mentioned as an accused in the FIR filed under Section 491 of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Sections 457/380 and 215 Corps of Petition petitioners, PPC. The C for which the subpoena was illegally prepared was two years and the applicants were continuously detained for one year, two months for fourteen days, and the applicant's detention was not the only and only fair detention on the basis of registration of the case. The applicant was not only violating the law but also was against human rights and accordingly was freed.
