MUHAMMAD BAKHSH versus RUQAYYA BEGUM
West Pakistan Citizens Rent Ordinance 1959 Article 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) unanimous order was passed after the High Court arguments, after which the second appeal against the withdrawal order was dismissed. It appears that the High Court has approved the consent. After hearing the arguments at length, the facts clearly show that the High Court was not willing to admit the applicant's second appeal, after which the petitioner's counsel had to vacate the shop due to question on a fixed period or before. I asked for time. Without his direction, it cannot be accepted on the basis that after long arguments of the applicant it was found that his second appeal was being dismissed, he had obtained good faith for the applicant for more than six months. Worked with, such an error increased the lawyer's opinion; it cannot be said that what appeared for the applicant was not binding
