THADHO MAL versus CHANDARBAN
There were inappropriate comments on the Supreme Court's decision, passing the bail of an accused, under the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 204 Timetime of Court Act (LXIV of 1976), Sections 3 and 4 of the Federal Shariat Court Judge. It is akin to ridicule and mockery of such remarks, and a notice was issued to a judge of the Federal Shariat Court to appear in person and present a reason as to why it was against him. Action should not be taken under contempt of court. Article 204 of the Constitution was read with contempt of court Act, 1976, sections 3 and 4
