Article 247 (7) of the Constitution in relation to the effect of expulsion from the Tribal Areas Articles 247 (7) of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 247 (7) and 199 Constitutional application expressly granted the High Court and the Supreme Court jurisdiction in respect of the tribal areas. Unless otherwise provided by the law of the Parliament, any Act of Parliament has made arrangements for any supply in connection with the tribal areas of the North West Frontier Province. The administration of the office of the concerned officer, which for reasons of administrative reasons, approves the constitutional restriction while living in the settled areas, cannot remove the constitutional bar so as to enable the High Court. To get jurisdiction in the case where the parties belonged to the tribal areas and the real estate was also located in the tribal area, the fact is that the final order was passed by an official at a place inhabited by him. Cannot sever conflict relationship with tribal area. The order under question was not sustained under the circumstances
