The crime was committed with the applicant's entreaties, but clearly stated that the applicant once came to his house with the accused persons and threatenedly told her to divorce his second wife. But no matter the nature of the crime, no one can be harmed and hurt by the mere statement of the prosecution. There are witnesses that a nominee came to his house in the company of others and threatened to disclose that the PCC order seeking a PCC order as explained in section 107 Which was not supported by any of the material on file, and was granted by the trial court without an independent mind request, can be struck down and cannot be retained.
