Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) along with the trial court, the High Court had properly examined the evidence on record and declared the accused beyond any reasonable doubt. The High Court decision was based on sound reasoning. On appeal, the President refused to appeal the Amnesty Order's High Court Benefit of Benefit decision, when available for the accused, on each count sentenced to life imprisonment for each accused.
