SHEHNAZ BIBI versus MUHAMMAD IKHLAQ KHAN
Civil Code 1908 Section 24 Transferred from the plaintiff's residence to the plaintiff or the civil suit in LL by the plaintiff (female), the plaintiff is a resident of the place where he filed the lawsuit. He would face serious threats to his life, if he went there to fight, then the High Court stayed the trial in the trial court on 199-1993, after the trial was postponed and the defendant delayed. Submitted on February 17. The earlier evidence was recorded on 7 1993, 219 1993 and the order of the former Part High Court on 28 10 1993 was stayed on the validity suit filed by the plaintiff on 27 199 1993, therefore, thereafter All proceedings considered will be considered void and will still be considered pending before the court, irrespective of whether the previous party order was passed by the trial court, invalid proceedings / orders. / Orders need not be kept formally. The order issued by the Superior Court would be effective when it was issued and was not required to be served with the court or the party, and so the trial court proceeded after 27-4 1993 ( When these individuals were stopped by the High Court) because of the injustice done, there was misconduct in the eyes of the law which would result in the case being considered pending before the court, therefore, the transfer request is still a living one. There is a problem and the result will not stand and it will have to be decided on the merits.
