The Legislature of the Central Legislature C Customs Act, 1878, was applied to tribal areas under the Tribal Areas (Request for Application) Regulation, 1965, issued pursuant to Article 2323 of the President of the Constitution of Pakistan (1962). , Had unrestricted power over the tribal areas to rule on any matter through the ability of the Legislature in connection with any matter to be repealed from the settled areas of Pakistan under the applicable law of the Central Customs Act, 1878. Will not be affected by Legislation of enactment of tribal areas in the tribal areas of the C Customs Act, 1878 cannot be enforced, as it is not yet enforced in Pakistan under Article 247 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973).
