Appeal against the judgment of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Family Courts Act, 1994 Preamble and Schedule Limitation Act (IX of 1908), sections 12 and 29 of the Family Court, appeal of the limitation Act, 1908, to appeal against the decision of the Family Court. There is no limit to the limitation Act, provided for a period of 30 days in 1908, however, the Family Courts Act provides for filing such an appeal, therefore, the time limit set for appeal against the Family Court decision is limited. The detention will be considered different from the first schedule of the Act. 1908, and similarly the provisions of section 29 of the Limitation Act 1908 shall apply to appeals under the Family Courts Act, which the Family Court ruled on 222 1995 and the appeal was filed on 1-4 1995, 38 days after that.
