The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 section 25 rejected the Labor Court's request for a job-related eligibility appeal against dismissal, but the Labor Appellate Tribunal accepted the employee's appeal and constitutionally rejected it. Ordered to be restored with full back benefits. In a jurisdiction, the Labor Appellate Tribunal ordered the trial labor court to seek remand whether the respondent was a worker or not. Has again filed a complaint against Relief. The order was issued by the employer bank but it was rejected by the Labor Court as unworkable and the employees filed an appeal against the Labor Court decision against the Labor Appeal Tribunal, because the tribunal had to re-instate. The order was approved by the High Court and the second complaint, filed by the employees, was not found by the Labor Court. The hearing could not be reopened. The matter could not be reopened. In filing the appeal, the Tribunal passed the orders of the High Court in this case Alaq can not be in question.
