The name was not included in the FIR as they are the attackers. Or that the perpetrators should know that despite the fact that they are officials of the workshop's union, they have been accused of stopping the activities of their union. The complainant did not even involve any one of the accused in the case as the accused was present at the bank on the day of the incident.
