Instead of recording the complainant's statement on the day of presentation of sections 200, 203 and 561, the order magistrate, while taking notice of the matter, violated the requirement of law and adjourned the case till a later date. Under the new law, even before the statements were recorded, the complainant and his witnesses were not administered, which means that there is no evidence against the Sessions Court that the accused, therefore, dismissed the complaint correctly. Was gone and by his order it could not be shown that he had suffered. The misappropriation of the court petition process has been excluded accordingly
