The officers can be used by the plaintiff while the businessman participated in a custom auction which was intended to buy goods only from the auction and to conduct proper examination. After the inspection and after that if any repairs are needed, sell the same thing. The profitable plaintiff purchased the goods in question through a large auction, and was thus received, entitled to indemnity to the extent of the default amount, with the decision interest on the suit of the plaintiff, the date of filing the case. It was decided to pay the concession amount.
